Dearest Spring is my love letter to the season of beginnings and growth, dreamt of in the throes of Winter.
It was created in anticipation of the thunderstorms, damp earth, emergence of lush green foliage, an the bloom and buzz of Spring.
Dearest Spring was awarded Honorable Mention and the Creative Use of Stitching Award (presented by the Southern Indiana Quilt Guild) at Form, Not Function: Quilt Art at the Carnegie, Carnegie Center for Art & History, New Albany, IN - May 2018.
